What You Will Receive:

• A certified translation printed on our official company letterhead, authenticated with our seal and signature.
• A Translation Affidavit/Certificate that includes: • A statement confirming the accuracy of the translation.
  • The date the translation was completed.
  • The full name and signature of the translator or a representative from our company.
  • The translator’s or company’s contact information.
• Signed and stamped copies of the original/source documents for reference, showing exactly what has been translated.

Process / How to Get Started:

1. Place Your Order Online:
   Upload your documents and select the required services from the options provided. We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services within India, along with delivery of hard copies abroad.
2. Checkout and Confirmation:
   Once you complete the checkout process, your order is confirmed. You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email, and a dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to you via email.
3. Receive Draft for Approval:
   Once the translation is complete, we’ll send you a draft via email for your review. This gives you the opportunity to verify details, such as name spellings, before finalizing.
4. Approval and Printing:
   After you approve the draft, we will proceed with printing the translation. Scanned copies will be sent to you via email, and hard copies will be dispatched to your address through courier.

Delivery Time / Turnaround (Soft/Scanned Copies):

• 2-3 days: For documents with 1-7 pages
• 3-5 days: For documents with 8-20 pages
• 5-7 days: For documents with 21-40 pages
  Note: This timeline excludes Sundays and public holidays.

After sending the soft copies via email, hard copies will be dispatched the following day through courier service.

24-Hour Delivery (Express Service):

For urgent documents such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Police Clearance Certificates (PCC), or Degrees, you can opt for our 24-hour delivery service for a small additional fee. This service ensures you receive the soft copies (scanned via email) of your translation on an expedited basis.

We will provide you with a draft of the translation within 24 hours, allowing you at least 2 hours to review and approve or suggest any necessary corrections. Once you approve the draft, we will make the corrections and proceed with printing.

Disclaimer:
If there is a delay in your response beyond the 24-hour window, the 24-hour delivery commitment may be compromised. While we will have met our obligation by delivering the draft on time, any delay on your part may affect the final delivery. However, we will still do our best to send you the soft copies as soon as possible.
